Hi, Jeff Helvin here with Ballen Brands and today I'm going to show you how to get your IDX Broker leads into your KW Command contacts immediately utilizing Zapier.
So, once we visit we have here where basically it goes your control panel for example what do you want to automate today. So we wish to connect our IDX leads, you see the IDX broker logo design with our Keller Williams Command. Then essentially what we're establishing here it says when this happens we choose the trigger when a new lead it's the only option here an IDX Broker.
So essentially, it just verifies here, IDX to KW develop a lead in Keller Williams Command when new lead in IDX leads is available in. So let's go on and click on "usage zap." What it's going to do here, it says we've currently linked the IDX Broker account in here but it's making sure that we have the one that we wish to be connected.
Your API key it's in fact really easy to discover. When you visit to IDX Broker you're going to click access control over here on the left-hand side and after that you in fact grab your API key. Here we simply copy that and go back to Zapier and then you would paste in your API secret and hit yes continue.
